It’s time to celebrate Christmas in Andalucia! Is it just us, or has 2021 passed in a blink of an eye? What a year it’s been! For us, the main theme of the year was to enjoy the regained freedom. It was great to meet with friends, family and clients in person again. We are grateful to travel freely and share the quality of life over a delicious Andalusian lunch or by strolling over a beautiful finca together! We tend to keep a positive view and sincerely hope the current situation will not have an effect on our lives. We cherish our health and freedom more than ever. We seize the day and enjoy every little moment!
Looking back on 2021
This year has been a fantastic year for the Andalusian Real Estate Market. To give an example, the notaries we work with have had 70% more transactions than average. We have noticed this highly increased demand in the country property market as well! We nearly doubled the transactions and turnover.
In 2021, Villas & Fincas celebrated 20 years of hard work, brand building and success. We couldn’t have celebrated it better than being able to welcome many new neighbours to the Andalusian countryside. Subsequently, this also made it possible for many vendors to start a new chapter in their lives. We are proud to have assisted in many successful sales! We hope and look forward to continuing to share our passion for Andalucia.
