In our previous blog, we introduced this beautiful & luxury home as the newest Rural Luxury Gem of our portfolio. In the following blog series we will feature different aspects of the cortijo so you have all the information upfront. The next time you’re in Spain, I’m sure you will just have to organise a viewing. You cannot miss out on this luxury home with 3 additional guest cottages!
The main cortijo, a Luxury Home
Even though the 3 additional guest cottages are a huge bonus for this beautiful cortijo, we first just have to take a route around the main cortijo. This luxury home has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms. There are plentiful places where you can congregate as a family. Whether it is in the kitchen, in the living room, or one of the many outdoor spots by the terraces, gardens and patios. A luxury home like this one, ensures to have cosy places so that a historical cortijo suddenly becomes a family home. This has been beautifully done.
The 2 pools definitely are a bonus too! The views of course, can be enjoyed from either pool. But let me tell you, that if you are relaxing by the infinity pool in the garden, the view will captivate every corner of your heart.
The 3 guest apartments
Continuing the journey through this luxury home, we arrive at the 3 marvellous guest cottages. Currently used as rentals. The yearly income from rentals serves to cover the costs for the maintenance of the property and the finca. No matter the time of the year, there will always be invitees who wish to get away from the chaos and truly disconnect. Here, in a private paradise, you are surrounded by the breathtaking nature of a protected area. This is the dream of many, which is why the rental business works so well!
Naturally, if you prefer to use this luxury home completely privately, the 3 cottages are the perfect place for your guests to reside. As such, you and your guests have your own space. Everyone has their own terrace and their own access to the gardens.
