Looking back on 2019
It’s finally time to celebrate our Christmas holidays with hope and light for the next chapter. Looking back, we see a heavily divided world. A world with different opinions, for example to master our environmental issues. Resulting in our children being uncertain and scared, protesting on the streets and asking themselves if they have a future. Our politicians seem to have difficulty to define a long term strategy for our international society, in which the people find themselves represented. And then, just at the right moment, it’s Christmas again! Time to enjoy each others presence, put the last few months behind us and look towards a brighter future.

Golden Opportunities
2020 offers again an opportunity for change. An opportunity to create more peace and unity in the world. From our magical place in the world, Andalusia’s stunning countryside, this is not too difficult to imagine! The sound of silence, the sound of nature’s tale, the story of what we can contribute for our future generations is embedded in Andalusia’s immense culture and history.
We see the possibility of change every day in our business. Looking back at 2019, we have sold a variety of country houses and estates to clients that decided to change their lifestyle. Clients come from all over the world. We have had clients from the USA, Germany, France, Estonia, Holland, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Malta, Argentina, to just name a few! Andalusia is still the melting pot where people from different backgrounds unite. Some of them took on big projects. They bought the property of their dreams and together with the extended Villas & Fincas team changed it to their wishes! Once you see the possibility, you can do it!
We took on a new project ourselves as well. We have sold 26 houses in Vasari Pueblo Andaluz, Casares. A little development on the outskirts of the village that has been empty for years. It is now full of life, changed into a vibrant, happy street. Flowers in the planters and Christmas decorations in the windows show the transformation! It has been a joyful experience to see these new homeowners get the keys to their dream home!
So we are positive for 2020. As long as there is an open mind to find solutions, growth is possible. Our focus will be on extending our network and making new connections to make dreams come true. We started to extend our marketing network already in 2019, with new international collaborations on Luxury Property Portals and will continue to do so in 2020. Since our customers come from a wide range of backgrounds, we have to make sure we reach them with our exclusive selection of country properties.

We believe that the origin of happiness and success is in connecting with the world around us. By connecting, we can understand, respect and even learn from the differences between all of us. Christmas offers the perfect opportunity to do so, to spend time with family and friends. To discover the possibilities is an inspirational moment and agree that nothing is perfect.
