The estate has a 860m2, 9 bedroom main house, a 90m2 3 bedroom guest house, 150m2 3 bedroom staff house, trophy room of app 50m2, office of app 25m2, a 50m2 store room, stable block with 6 boxes, a machine rooms and a tack room of app 200m2 . There is also a large farm barn of app 550m2. Furthermore there is a pigsty for app. 20-25 pigs and a cure room ( 60m2) for the hams.
The estate has easy access by 2 different entrances. It has beautiful gentle sloping land. Palm lined entrance leads to the main house. A beautiful old walled paddock or ‘corral’ is now the home for Spanish donkeys. Around the house is a lush park of mature trees. From the main house several trails lead over the finca. The full estate is accesible and it is fenced with a hunting fence. The amount of food on the estate guarantees a large population of wildlife. The deer population tend to stay at the steeper hills, strolling the rocks and finding shelter under the Eucalyptus. They come and graze on the meadows and drink in one of the over 30 lakes on the estate. The wild boar tends to stay on the lower part of the estate, under the oak trees and hiding in the dense jara bushes. At present 2 Days of driven hunts or monterías are organized a year. There is also a good population of partridge. This is one of the few fincas in Spain where you can shoot wild partridge 2 days a year.
The views are breath-taking, wherever you are on the estate. The ‘dehesa’ of oak, the meadows, the lakes and as a bonus the views off the Guadiana river are simply magical.
