Gorgeous glass doors give access to the basement hall, decorated in style, creating a sitting and entertainment area with ping pong table. On this floor, 1 large bedroom with built in wardrobes and a separate guest bathroom. Finally, a fully set up and incredibly spacious entertainment and games room on the far end. This can be kept as a TV/entertainment room, but can be converted into another bedroom, a large office, a gym, a workshop, a gallery, a music room… Also on the ground floor, you can access the spacious garage for 2 cars, with laundry area included.
Continuing outside, from the ground floor you can access a large workshop. The pebbled path leads you to the pool area. The pool is large and beautifully located, looking out onto the olive grove, the vines and the mountainous landscape.
