Next to the residential area there is over 600m2 build size areas for farm and storage use under which a large barn, 5 boxes, foaling stable, machine room and storage.
Easy access from the main road. A private drive leads to the traditional courtyard with ample parking and a majestic carob tree in the center. The farmhouse is completely renovated, maintaining the Andalusian charm which is seen in the wooden doors, the high beamed ceiling, terracotta floors and traditional tiles in bathrooms.
A large antique wooden door opens to the spacious entrance hall of the main cortijo. From here you have direct access to a large living room with fire place and high beamed ceiling. The views over the surrounding landscape are breath-taking. The sloping fields where the horses used to graze and the mountains provide you with absolute privacy, peace and tranquillity. The 6 hectare olive grove has olives of the variety Hojiblanca. They are app. 15 years old and produce ca. 20.000kg of olives (4.000kg of oil). There is a grant of approximately 15.000€ a year, which goes to the party that actually works the land. Furthermore the Carob trees produce around 1.500kg of carobs.The finca is fully fenced and could be part of the hunting grounds of several fincas together. 40-60 hectares of mountain land could be used for that.
