At approximately 14 kilometres from de Costa de la Luz beaches of El Palmar, Conil, and Barbate you will find the authentic Andalucian village of Vejer. The long stretched white beaches, the amazing light and the purity is what attracts clients to the Costa de la Luz. What to do in Vejer de la Frontera?
The famous Montenmedio Golf and Country Club is well known for its international competitions in jumping and dressage. The crème de la crème from all over Europe attends for example The Sunshine Tour of both jumping and dressage are held during the months of February and March with 450 riders from 46 different nations and 1.500 horses. Montenmedio has 1300 permanent stables, 11 training and competition arenas, extensive parking for lorries and trailers, a village area and restaurants. Those who prefer the beach count with the long sandy beaches of El Palmar and Conil. The beaches are well known for their spectacular body boarding and surfing possibilities.
